Acceptable Formats
It is also very important that you include any/all supporting files that were used to create your artwork. Such files include fonts and images.
Fonts
All text used in your artwork should be converted to paths, curves or outlines. This is recommended so that the text can no longer be editable. Whenever possible, use postscript fonts for highest quality. When sending fonts with your artwork, include all printer and screen fonts by zipping or stuffing them.
File Saving
Once a file is saved at a lower resolution, we are unable to change it to a higher resolution. Therefore, do not save artwork at a low resolution to make it smaller. This will result in grainy/choppy pictures and text.
You may e-mail artwork as an attachment directly to us at info@justdirectpromotions.ca. Include your company name and contact information in the body of the e-mail.
Charges for artwork recreation may apply if necessary to make it suitable for output.
Do not send your original files, send a copy. Keep your originals as a backup in case they are needed.

Multi Colour Imprint
For artwork to be reproduced in more than one colour, provide separate line art/vector image file for each colour. Custom supplied artwork should be production-ready and no smaller than 5" x 5" for latex balloons, and 6" x 6" for Microfoil balloons. Art will be sized to the maximum imprint area of selected balloon.
There must be a minimum of 1/16" to 1/8" separation between colour due to movement during printing.
Latex Stock Ink Colours
Black, Red, Yellow, Royal Blue, Green, Brown, Orange, Pink, Purple, Burgundy, Teal, Gold and Silver. Black ink recommended on the Standard Colour assortments. White ink recommended on Jewel Assortments.
Microfoil® Stock Ink Colours
Pantone Colours: Yellow (#109), Orange (#1655), Fire Red (#186), Burgundy (#202), Purple (#2603), Green (#341), Blue (#300), Pantone Rubine Red, Pantone Rodamine Red and Pantone Reflex Blue.
Other inks include: Black, White, Silver & Gold.
