The Order Process
Step 1: Fill Out Our Online Order Form
You can simply fill out our ONLINE ORDER FORM to make initial contact with us. You may be as detailed or brief as you wish since we will collect all the information needed to place your order in our response (See Step #2).

Step 2: Confirmation Email
We will respond with an order confirmation email in order to verify the information from you such as shipping address, artwork files, quantity, size, etc.

Step 3: Proofing and Invoicing
Once our art department has determined that your artwork is suitable and ready for printing, we will create and email you a sample PDF proof of your product along with a final order invoice. This initial proof is included in our standard setup charge for all orders. If additional changes to your artwork need to be made there may be a $10 per proof charge added to your invoice. If paying by credit card, you can do this during the approval process to save time. Once you reply to this email with your approval of the proof and invoice, your order will be submitted for production.

Step 4: Payment and Shipping
Payment must be arranged with us prior to your order being shipped from our facilities. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, personal or certified cheque as payment options. Purolator Courier is our common means of shipping across Canada. Our customers enjoy our discounted bulk shipping rates.
