If you are aware of the price, style, size and quantity and wish to begin the order process, simply fill out the short contact form to the right. The Order Process section below outlines the necessary steps from artwork design through to shipping. Not Quite Ready to Order? If you still need additional information, to discuss artwork requirements or get a quotation, please click here and attach your file(s) and/or send us the details of your quote and one of our friendly, knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will respond to your inquiry. Of course you can always call our toll-free phone number provided to discuss any aspects of your order with a customer service professional. The Order Process Step 1: Fill Out Contact Form OR Call Our Toll-Free # You can simply fill out the contact form to the right to make initial contact with us. You may be as detailed or brief as you wish since we will collect all the information needed to place your order in our response (See Step #2). Step 2: Collect Order Details We will respond with an order information email in order to collect necessary information from you such as shipping address, artwork files, quantity, size, etc. Here you can attach your prepared artwork files or instructions for our artists to design your artwork for you. Step 3: Proofing and Invoicing Once our art department has determined that your artwork is suitable and ready for printing, we will create and email you a sample PDF proof of your product along with a final order invoice. This initial proof is included in our standard setup charge for all orders. If additional changes to your artwork need to be made there may be a $10 per proof charge added to your invoice. Once you reply to this email with your approval of the proof and invoice, your order will be submitted for production and we will contact you by either email or phone to discuss payment options. Step 4: Payment and Shipping Payment must be arranged with us prior to your order being shipped from our facilities. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, personal or certified cheque as payment options. Purolator Courier is our common means of shipping across Canada. Our customers enjoy our discounted bulk shipping rates. |
