Crucial Delivery Dates
It is important that you clearly indicate on your purchase order if a crucial delivery date is required. A customer service representative MUST then confirm the shipping date as well as the various methods of transportation.

Our primary shipping carrier is Puralator Courier Ltd. If an alternative shipping method is required for timely delivery, you will be notified.
All orders are F.O.B. Grimsby, ON.
Drop Shipping
We will drop ship your order to ONE DESTINATION at no charge. If multiple destinations are required, add $5.00 per shipment.
Order Returns
Authorization is required prior to any return of goods. Please report any problems with your order to our office within ten days of receiving your merchandise. The merchandise to be returned must be received withing ten days of authorization. A credit will be issued upon arrival of the returned goods.
Overruns and Underuns
We print exact quantities only, no additional charge.
Multi Colour Imprint
Minimum 250 pieces first colour $15.00 set-up, each additional colour $15.00 set-up plus $0.15 running charge per colour.
